What is the zaluna Gift Card?
The zaluna Gift Card is a prepaid gift card purchasable online in CAD dollars. The zaluna Gift Card is redeemable with a Travel Professional over the phone or in-agency on any travel product or service sold at participating Marlin Travel, Club Voyages, Transat Travel, Voyages Transat, or TravelPlus agencies across Canada (hereinafter referred to as “TDC Travel Agencies”).

Do I need an account to purchase a zaluna Gift Card?

No. You do not need to register for an account to purchase a zaluna Gift Card, you can check out as a Guest. However, for faster check out on future purchases, it would be beneficial to register for an account at https://cws.givex.com/cws4.0/zaluna/

 

What currencies can be loaded on the zaluna Gift Card?
The zaluna Gift Card can be purchased in CAD currency only.

 

Can I buy a zaluna Gift Card outside of Canada?

No, you can only buy a zaluna Gift Card if you reside in Canada.

 

What values is the zaluna Gift Card available in?

zaluna Gift Card denominations range from $25 to $2,000. For convenience, you can purchase multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction even if you're sending them to different people. Please note, that a single transaction cannot exceed $10,000 CAD. For Corporate Purchasers, please register for a Corporate Account, purchase limits are increased for Corporate Clients.

 

Can I purchase a plastic or digital zaluna Gift Card?

Yes. The zaluna Gift Card is available for purchase in both plastic and digital options. Various card designs are available in both options.

 

Can I add a personal message when sending a digital zaluna Gift Card?

Yes, you can. Special occasions become even more memorable when you include a personal message to accompany your zaluna digital Gift Card.

 

Is the zaluna Gift Card transferable?
Yes. Once purchased, the zaluna Gift Card can be given to and used by anyone. The Terms and Conditions of the zaluna Gift Card will apply to the new gift card holder.

 

Can someone else use my digital zaluna Gift Card?

Yes, simply have the zaluna Gift Card sent directly to the recipient’s email at the time of purchase or regift it to someone else by forwarding the email. Alternatively, you can print the digital zaluna Gift Card and give it to someone else.

 

Can I redeem the zaluna Gift Card on a travel product or service sold in another currency?
Yes. The zaluna Gift Card is redeemable with a Travel Professional over the phone or in-agency on any travel product or service sold at participating TDC Travel Agencies. The redeemed amount will be converted into the booking currency.

 

Who can use the zaluna Gift Card?
Everyone. The zaluna Gift Card can be purchased for personal use or as an incentive for businesses. It is the ideal gift for family or friends for special occasions or for businesses to thank customers or reward employees.

 

Do zaluna Gift Cards expire?
No. zaluna Gift Cards purchased by consumers or businesses do not expire.

 

Where can the zaluna Gift Card be redeemed?
The zaluna Gift Card is redeemable with one of our experienced Travel Professionals over the phone or in-agency at any participating TDC Travel Agencies across Canada, on any travel product or service including flights, hotels, cruises, and more. The zaluna Gift Card cannot be redeemed online.

 

How does someone use the zaluna Gift Card?
At the time of payment, please present the zaluna Gift Card to any designated Travel Professional at a participating TDC Travel Agency. Total charges are reduced from the amount available on the zaluna Gift Card. zaluna Gift Cards cannot be retroactively applied once a booking is complete.

 

Are there any activation or redemption fees?

There are no fees on the activation or redemption of the zaluna Gift Card. Other travel service fees however including fees for services rendered by a Travel Professional may apply. Please verify with your Travel Professional.

 

How do I keep track of my zaluna Gift Card balance?

Is the zaluna Gift Card reloadable?
Yes, the zaluna Gift Card is reloadable at https://cws.givex.com/cws4.0/zaluna/

 

Can I pay the difference if I do not have enough value left on the zaluna Gift Card?
Yes. If the total purchase cost exceeds the amount of the zaluna Gift Card, the difference can be paid using other forms of payment, such as a credit card.

 

What if a zaluna Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed?
The zaluna Gift Card carries no value until activated. zaluna Gift Cards are not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. zaluna Gift Cards lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without authorization, will not be refunded, or replaced.

 

How will the zaluna Gift Card be delivered?
If a plastic zaluna Gift Card was purchased, it will be shipped directly to your desired address. At checkout, you will be provided with shipping options. If a digital zaluna Gift Card was purchased, it will be sent via email upon completion of payment.

 

How quickly will I receive my zaluna digital Gift Card?

zaluna digital Gift Cards can be sent instantly or scheduled for a specific delivery date and time. While the payment approval process may not be immediate, most transactions process quickly. Sometimes, email providers or internet related issues can cause a delay. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us at tdcgiftcards@transat.com

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation. Once payment is complete, your order will be released for shipment. You will then receive a shipping confirmation via email.

 

I have chosen the wrong design for the zaluna Gift Card I purchased. May I change the design?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to change the chosen design after the purchase.

 

I have entered the wrong recipient’s name or email address. Am I able to change this?

To modify the digital Gift Card recipient email address please contact tdcgiftcards@transat.com  

Changes to the message or recipient name cannot be modified. 

 

Are there any shipping and handling charges?
Yes, for plastic Gift Card purchases shipping and handling charges will be provided at checkout and are dependent on the method of delivery selected.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, the zaluna Gift Card can be delivered to PO Boxes with Canada Post.

 

Can I purchase zaluna Gift Cards for my business?

Yes. Businesses can purchase physical or digital gift cards in bulk for business purposes. zaluna Gift Cards are a great reward for employee incentives, years of service, retirement gifts or Customer Loyalty. Please register for a Corporate Account at https://cws.givex.com/cws4.0/zalunab2b/ Once you are approved, you can purchase your Gift Cards for all your business needs.

 

What method of payment do you accept for business Gift Card purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If you choose EFT as form of payment, instructions will be provided at check out. Gift Cards will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

 

Do you offer discounts for business Gift Card purchases?

No, we currently do not offer discounts for bulk corporate purchases.

 

How long does a corporate order take to be processed and delivered?

Corporate orders will be processed as soon as payment has been received. If paying by credit card, orders are processed within 2 business days. If paying by EFT, it can take up to 3 business days for approval once payment has been sent and only then will your order be released for fulfillment. Shipping time will depend on shipping option chosen at time of order.
