How do I join the Peppers Sweet Rewards program?
To join the Peppers Sweet Rewards program, simply purchase your Peppers Sweet Rewards card at any Sweet Peppers Deli location.

How do I activate my card?
Your Peppers Sweet Rewards card will be activated immediately after purchasing.

How do I register my card?
Once you have purchased your Peppers Sweet Rewards card, you will visit www.sweetpeppersdeli.com/loyalty to register your card.

Where is this valid?
The Peppers Sweet Rewards program is valid at any Sweet Peppers Deli location, for dine-in, carry-out, online and/or catering orders.

When do I start earning points?
You are eligible to start earning points immediately after you purchase the Peppers Sweet Rewards card, regardless of registering your card.

How do I earn points?
Points are earned from purchases made at any Sweet Peppers Deli location.

For dine-in, carry-out, or catering orders: Please present your card at time of purchase, but prior to payment.

For online orders: Please put your card number in the special instructions box before placing the order. If you are paying for the order you placed online in the store, you may also present your card, but it will need to be prior to payment.

How will points be calculated?
Points are calculated on the subtotal of a completed purchase at any Sweet Peppers Deli location.

Points are not offered on taxes or any other deposits or fees.

Gift Card purchases do not qualify as a purchase.

Points are not offered on rewards being redeemed.

Points will be earned from Gift Card redemptions.

**Loyalty transactions may take up to 24 hours to update.

What are the rewards?
Every 100 points = $5 reward loaded to your Peppers Sweet Rewards card automatically.

Earn 500 points = FREE DESSERT ($5) loaded to your Peppers Sweet Rewards card automatically.

Earn 1000 points = FREE ENTRÉE ($10) loaded to your Peppers Sweet Rewards card automatically.

Why should I register my card?
Register your card for a one-time reward of $15 loaded to your Peppers Sweet Rewards card automatically!

By registering your card, you will earn specialized rewards (like a FREE DESSERT – $5.00 – on your birthday) and will be able keep track of your points. You will also be able to check your balance to see how close you are to earning your next reward, view recent transactions, and manage your account settings.

When I register my card, what information will you ask for?
When you register your Peppers Sweet Rewards card, we will ask for your name, birthday, email, and phone number.

What do you use my information for?
The information we collect from your registration and purchases will be used for Sweet Peppers Deli marketing and promotions. The sole purpose of the information we collect is to better understand our customers and for internal analysis. Your email will only be used if you elect to receive information about exclusive benefits, promotions, and updates. Your phone number will only be used as a secondary account identification in the event you do not have your card with you at the time of purchase. We value and respect your privacy. We DO NOT sell any piece of information collected from our customers and/or purchases.

How do I get more out of the Peppers Sweet Rewards program?
To make the most out of the Peppers Sweet Rewards program, sign up to receive emails from Sweet Peppers Deli! You will be notified of exclusive benefits, promotions, and any updates.

Can I earn points from a previous transaction prior to joining the Peppers Sweet Rewards program?
Unfortunately, we cannot honor purchases made before you joined the Peppers Sweet Rewards program. However, once you are a member, you start earning points immediately. And if you register you card, you also receive a $15 reward towards future purchases.

What if I forgot my card – can my points be added after the fact?
Unfortunately not. We will need some form of account identification at the time of purchase. However, if you have registered your card, we requested your phone number as a secondary account identification for this very reason. If you listed your phone number, you can use that number in the event you do not have your card with you at the time of purchase.

How do I redeem my rewards?
To redeem any reward, simply present your card at the time of purchase, prior to any other form of payment. If your reward balance is greater than the amount of purchase, the left over balance will remain on your card.

Where do I go to check my balance?
To check your point and/or reward balance, go to www.sweetpeppersdeli.com/loyalty.

Do rewards ever expire?
If a card has been completely inactive (no purchases, rewards, or redemptions) for 12 consecutive months, any rewards earned prior to the 12 months of inactivity will expire.

What do I do if I lose my card?
If your Peppers Sweet Rewards card has been lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-222-9550 (also listed on the back of the card).
