Q: How do I use The McEwan Gift Card?
A: Each time you use a McEwan Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining. For reloadable cards, if there is a balance remaining on The McEwan Gift Card, it will be returned to you with a receipt showing your new balance; ready for your next visit.
McEwan Gift Cards can be used in any participating restaurant dining room, where applicable, and when you order on-line at McEwancatering.com
Q: How can I purchase a McEwan Gift Card?
A: There are 3 ways to purchase a McEwan Gift Card:
1. Visit any participating Restaurant locations and ask an associate for a Gift Card.
2. Visit any McEwan Grocery locations and ask an associate for a Gift Card
3. Purchase a McEwan Gift Card online at www.mcewangroup.ca
Q: Does The McEwan Gift Card expire?
A: No. The McEwan Gift Card never expires.
Q: Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?
A: No. There are no fees or charges associated with The McEwan Gift Card.
Q: Are The McEwan Gift Cards reloadable?
A: No. The McEwan Gift Cards cannot be reloadable.
Q: What happens if I don’t have enough money on my gift card to pay for my meal?
A: The amount on your McEwan Gift Card can be put towards your purchase, and then the remaining balance may be paid by cash, Visa, MasterCard or debit (where accepted).
Q: What happens if my meal doesn’t add up to the amount that is on my McEwan Gift Card?
A: The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on your McEwan Gift Card and the card will be returned to you with a receipt showing your new balance so you can use it again upon a follow up visit to a McEwan property.
Q: What happens if I forget my McEwan Gift Card’s balance?
A: Any McEwan associate can check your balance in any location. You can also check your balance online at www.mcewangroup.ca
