Treat this Card as cash. Cards may only be used to purchase groceries, food and beverages at any McEwan Group locations.
The card value is in Canadian dollars. Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.b
If the Card is lost, stolen or used without authorization, it cannot be replaced (unless it has been properly registered for balance protection at Mcewangivex.ca). Purchase amount will be deducted from the unused balance remaining on the Card, with any excess purchase price payable at the time of purchase. McEwan Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
GIVEX's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of the provision. Neither a course of dealing or conduct between GIVEX and the users of this Website will be deemed to modify these Terms of Use.
McEwan Gift Cards have no redeemable value until purchased and activated. Please retain receipts as proof of purchase and balance.
Cards do not expire and there are no service fees for the user of a card.
