Terms and Conditions – Hazelton Gift Card
  • The Gift cards are non-refundable. 
  • The Hazelton Gift Card may be used solely at The Hazelton Hotel – 118 Yorkville Avenue, Toronto, ON - M5R 1C2.
  • The Gift Card maybe used towards hotel stays at The Hazelton Hotel, the Silver Screening Room (SSR), spa treatments and retail products at our Spa by Valmont.
  • This Gift Card cannot be used towards ONE restaurant. 
  • The Gift Card carries no value until activated – it is a prepaid card, not a credit card or debit card and is the property of and issued by The Hazelton Hotel.
  • The Gift Card is available in Canadian Dollars (CAD) only.
  • The Gift Card does not expire.
  • The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash in any amount.
  • The Gift Card becomes inactive upon use of entire card value.
  • The Gift Card may not be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation.
  • Each transaction will be debited against the Gift Card balance, if a transaction exceeds the gift card balance, users must pay the remaining amount with another form of payment such as credit card, debit card, cash, or any other form of payment. (Cheques are not accepted).
  • The hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.

Terms and Conditions – Online Retail
  • The products offered for sale by The Hazelton Hotel are those that appear on the day you visit the site, and are subject to availability. 
  • You may purchase retail items valued up to a total of $2,000 CAD per person/per credit card within a 3-month period. If you would like to purchase additional retail items, please contact the hotel directly at spa@thehazeltonhotel.com
  • In the event that a product is unavailable, our team will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible for cancellation or partial pickup of your order. 
  • All product prices are in Canadian Dollars and exclude taxes. HST will be calculated on the total order at the time of checkout. 
  • Currency exchange fees and bank charges may apply to purchases made with a credit card not in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The customer is solely responsible for payment of such fees and charges. 
  • We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time and without prior notice. However, such modifications will not concern orders accepted prior to such modifications taking effect, subject to availability of the items ordered.
  • Payments must be made immediately upon placing the order. Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX) are the only accepted method of payment. We use a secure payment system and guarantee that we never have access to confidential information concerning the payment method used for your order.
  • You have the ability to create an account on our website. To do so, you must fill out a registration form. You will then have personal access codes in the form of an email address/password combination. You may use these codes to identify yourself for confirmation of your order. You are solely responsible for your personal codes. 
  • In the event of loss or theft of your password, please contact us by email.
  • All online retail items are only available for pick up. Once you place your order a confirmation of your order will be sent to your email. Once your order is ready another email will be sent to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.
  • If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us as quickly as possible via email at spa@thehazeltonhotel.com or by phone at 416-963-6300.
  • Once an item has been picked up. The sale of this item is final and non-refundable. Items may only be returned if the product is damaged or does not work as per its intended use. Upon receiving your order, please verify immediately that the products are not damaged.
  • In order to return damaged items, you must return them physically to the Hazelton Hotel and the refund will be processed in person.
  • Our system may cancel your order for a variety of reasons, such as: Item unavailable, payment information cannot be processed, cancellation at customer request. In such cases, you will be notified of the problem by email.
  • The Hazelton Hotel guarantees that products are suitable for intended uses and free of flaws and hidden defects that would render them unsafe or unsuitable for normal use. 
  • The Hazelton Hotel further guarantees the authenticity of all products sold by dealers certified by The Hazelton Hotel.
  • The information that you have supplied may be used by The Hazelton Hotel to contact you with newsletters, marketing, promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. 
  • We attach great importance to data protection. That is why we rigorously comply with all legal requirements in force in respective countries regarding data protection upon collection, processing and use of your personal data.
  • We guarantee that personal information provided upon placing an order on The Hazelton Hotel website remains confidential and will in no case be disclosed.
  • The Hazelton Hotel may update these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
