A: Each time you use the Ricarda’s Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining.

Q: Does the Ricarda’s Gift Card expire?
A: No. The Ricarda’s Gift Card never expires.

Q: When will my credit card be charged for a Gift Card purchase?
A: When you order on-line, your credit card will be charged after you click "Submit Order" on the checkout window of your completed order form. You will know that the transaction was completed when you receive a confirmation email containing your order number and thanking you for your order.

Q: Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?
A: No. There are no fees or charges associated with the Ricarda’s Gift Card.

Q: What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?
A: If you have registered for balance protection here. Unfortunately if you have not registered for balance protection and your Gift Card is lost or stolen there is nothing that can be done.

Gift Cards can be purchased at Ricarda’s Restaurant, Ricarda’s Bakery and Attico Bar & Tapas, by Ricarda’s, 134 Peter Street, Toronto, ON M5V 2H2 and ask an associate for a Card. If you are purchasing more than 10 gift cards, please contact Ricarda’s Restaurant at info@ricardas.com.

A: Yes, the Ricarda’s Gift Card is reloadable online at Ricardas.com or at Ricarda’s Restaurant, Ricarda’s Bakery and Attico Bar & Tapas, by Ricarda’s, 134 Peter Street, Toronto, ON M5V 2H2.

Q: How does reloading work?
A: When a gift card balance is depleted, you can reload the card online. Also, present the Ricarda’s Gift Card to an Associate at Ricarda’s Restaurant, Ricarda’s Bakery or Attico Bar & Tapas, by Ricarda’s, 134 Peter Street, Toronto, ON M5V 2H2 and ask to reload the card with the dollar amount you choose. Reloading works just like purchasing a new Gift Card, except that any balance you had remaining on the Card will be added to the new amount loaded, and the new balance will be the combined total.

Q: What happens if I don’t have enough money on my gift card to pay for my meal?
A: The amount on your Ricarda’s Gift Card can be put towards your purchase, and then the remaining balance may be paid by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit (where accepted).

Q: What happens if my meal doesn’t add up to the amount that is on my Ricarda’s Gift Card?
A: The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on your Ricarda’s Gift Card and the card will be returned to you with a receipt showing your new balance so you can use it again next time.

Q: What happens if I forget my Gift Card’s balance?
A: A restaurant associate at Ricarda’s Restaurant, Ricarda’s Bakery or Attico Bar & Tapas, by Ricarda’s, 134 Peter Street, Toronto, ON M5V 2H2 can check your balance. You can also check your balance online.

Q: Can I purchase large quantities of Gift Cards for my company or group?
A: Yes you can! For orders of 10 or more cards contact the Ricarda’s team at info@ricardas.com.

Q: What are the shipping charges for online purchases of the Ricarda’s Gift Cards?
A: Canadian shipping charges are $3.49 for regular registered mail and $7.99 for expedited shipping.

Q: How long does it take to receive the Ricarda’s Gift Card I ordered online?
A: The recipient should receive the e-mail with the eGift Card within minutes.

Q: What do I do if I forget my Ricarda’s Gift Card account password?
A: If you forgot your account info, you can ask for a temporary pass code to be emailed to you using the email that you registered with.
