How can I use my e-gift card?
Our gift cards can be redeemed in person at our McNally Robinson bookstores, online at mcnallyrobinson.com, and at our Prairie Ink Restaurants. If redeeming at a bookstore or at a restaurant, be sure to print the card details with you, either on an electronic device like a smartphone or printed from your computer at home.
Are there any restrictions for using the card?
No! Our gift cards are "as good as cash" and can be redeemed for every product and nearly every service we offer.
How do I send an e-gift card?
During the checkout process you will select a recipient email address, and the e-gift card will be sent directly to the recipient. You can send the e-card immediately, or you may schedule a specific date and time to send it on a special occasion (for example, purchase well in advance and have the e-card delivered on Christmas morning).
How do I check the balance of a card?
Card balances may be checked on our website (mcnallyrobinson.com), over the phone (during regular business hours), or in person at any of our bookstores. In any of these cases, be sure to have your 19-digit gift card number ready as we will need this to find the balance.
Will my e-gift card expire?
No, and it will never decline in value.
Is it possible to purchase a physical gift card?
Yes. For this you will need to visit or call the McNally Robinson bookstore nearest you.
