These are the official terms and conditions applicable to the Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited’s Match Eatery & Public House gift card program.
General Terms
MATCH EATERY & PUBLIC HOUSE gift cards are available for purchase as physical cards in restaurants or digital e-cards online. Gift card balances can be redeemable on food, beverages, and gratuity at any MATCH EATERY & PUBLIC HOUSE location. MATCH EATERY & PUBLIC HOUSE gift cards are not valid at any other Food & Beverage outlet at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. MATCH EATERY & PUBLIC HOUSE is not responsible for any unauthorised use of gift cards, and for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards have no value until activated. Gift cards require a Personal Identification Number (PIN) attached to the original gift card purchase for redemption.

Gift cards may become void if resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused gift cards may not be transferred. MATCH EATERY & PUBLIC HOUSE is not responsible for honouring a gift card purchased from an unauthorised vendor or loss incurred from such scenario.
