What are the provisions of the Catch Hospitality Group E-Gift Card?
Catch Hospitality Group E-Gift Cards are electronic in nature and are represented by a 21 digit numeric code. Please present this E-Gift Card for food, beverage, tax and gratuity at all Catch Hospitality Properties. Purchases will be deducted from the E-Gift Card until the value reaches zero. The E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This E-Gift Card is not valid toward and is not accepted for payment of delivery orders. Catch Hospitality cards will be accepted for payments of private parties and catering events up to $1,000. E-Gift Cards cannot be used towards deposits but for final payment only. This E-Gift Card has no maintenance or non-usage fees and never expires. Protect this E-Gift Card like cash. Catch Hospitality Group is not responsible for E-Gift cards sold on unauthorized sites or secondary markets. Catch Hospitality Group reserves the right to refuse to honor an E-Gift Card when there is reason to believe that the E-Gift Card was obtained fraudulently.
Can one use more than one E-Gift Card at a time?
Yes. You can use as many Catch E-Gift Cards as you like to pay for your meal. Catch E-Gift Cards are accepted like cash and therefore can be combined for use together.
Can I use my Catch Hospitality E-Gift Card for tax and gratuity?
Yes. You can apply your Catch E-Gift Card to all items on your check including tax and gratuity.
Do E-Gift Cards expire?
Catch E-Gift Cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees.
If I don’t use the entire amount on my E-Gift Card, what happens?
Any amount not used when paying for your meal stays on your E-Gift Card. You can use the remaining balance on your E-Gift Card at your next visit to any Catch Hospitality restaurant.
Can I use my E-Gift Card to pay for private parties or catering events?
Catch E-Gift Cards will be accepted for payments of private parties and catering events up to $1,000. E-Gift Cards cannot be used towards deposits but for final payment only.
Can I use my E-Gift Card for delivery orders?
No. Catch Hospitality uses third party delivery services and therefore cannot accept E-Gift Cards as payment.
