Welcome to the Mos Mos Coffee Gift Card Program. By purchasing, activating, or using a Mos Mos Coffee Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Card Activation and Redemption:
i) Mos Mos Coffee Gift Cards must be activated before use. Activation occurs at the time of purchase.
ii) Gift Cards can be redeemed for eligible purchases at any participating Mos Mos Coffee location.
iii) Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
2. Card Balance and Expiry:
i) The balance on your Mos Mos Coffee Gift Card can be checked at any Mos Mos Coffee location or online at www.mosmoscoffee.com/gift-cards/
ii) Gift Cards do not have an expiry date. Unused balances on the Gift Card will not expire and can be used for future purchases.
3. Lost or Stolen Cards:
i) Protecting your Gift Card is your responsibility. Mos Mos Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
ii) Report lost or stolen cards to Mos Mos Coffee customer service immediately, so as appropriate steps could be taken to de-activate the lost/stolen card.
4. Reloadable Cards:
i) Mos Mos Coffee Gift Cards may be reloadable. Additional funds can be added to the card at any participating Mos Mos Coffee location or online at www.mosmoscoffee.com/gift-cards/
ii) Reloadable Gift Cards retain the original activation date and balance.
5. Non-Transferable:
Mos Mos Coffee Gift Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or recipient.
6. Use Restrictions:
Gift Cards cannot be used to settle outstanding debts or balances.
7. Promotions and Discounts:

Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable. Mos Mos Coffee does not provide cash refunds for Gift Card purchases.
9. Modification of Terms:
Mos Mos Coffee reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of Ontario.
